Good Brand but not so good hotel

I have stayed in quite a few Novotel, mostly satisfied. However, I am sorry to write, I was not happy here. The young lady who checked us in did excellent job. The concierge lady was out of the world and helped me during all days of our stay. THAT ends good points. It is probably 700+ rooms hotel, but breakfast area is not big enough. Besides, breakfast item choices and quality are average. For 2 straight days, despite having 6 or more elevators, only one worked, causing lots of inconvenience. They do not put Body Lotion in their bath rooms, There are not enough employees, speaking English. Such a big hotel and super busy location, they do not have money exchange facility.

Very poor service The elevators are not enough for the number of rooms of the hotel.You have to wait 5-10 minutes or more to go to the reception stuffed among many many people especialy in hot times like breakfast hours etc Breakfast was very poor The alarm started sounding around 1 am and there was very rude response from the front desk regarding this I will never stay again in this hotel

Very convenient locale, friendly staff, rooms well portioned and laid out, a very enjoyable stay

Longer stay (6 nights) with daughter on our first visit to Paris. [Daughter with a smattering of French, reviewer only knew enough to apologise for lack of French and politely ask if they spoke English!] The location was incredibly convenient, near major attractions and to a RER station so easy access to Zones 1-3 of Paris. Staff were very accommodating at our late check-in, especially front desk/ Accor Welcome desk staff who kindly helped out with I discovered I had accidentally packed a US and not EU charger! Her advice to use the local Monprix led us to discover a very handy department store that had prepared food, groceries and snacks, clothes that we needed to buy and of course both EU chargers and adaptors galore! Service was maintained throughout our stay, especially in the breakfast area the 3 times we eat there.

Don’t stay unless you want to sleep in a sauna

We have just arrived at the hotel today and are staying for 3 nights. Amazing location and reception area very nice. Staying with kids in family room. Very nice view. Just writing this as extremely disappointed with room. Extremely hot, like sauna. No ventilation, fans not working. Tried everything, called reception three times throughout the day with no one even come to take a look. Not even an offer of fan( looks like this is a known problem). Struggling to sleep. Kids want to sleep in the corridor as AC seems to be working there and it is much cooler. Earlier today we had to leave hotel room door open to cool room down. Do not stay here. There are many same hotels in vicinity. It is not cheap and this is terrible. 3 calls and no response.

Great Location to Eiffel Tower

The location was great! Close to most major attractions and restaurants. The hotel overlooks the Statue of Liberty replica. From the front of the hotel in the middle of the road, you can see the beautiful and amazing Eiffel Tower. Our room was a street view, we saw a movie being filmed. The room was not that big, good enough for two people. The most important thing was it was clean. I had one issue which took quite some time for the hotel staff to resolve. I was showering, and washing my hair, there was no shampoo in the dispenser. My husband called the housekeeper and they took about 30 minutes to bring up a new dispenser. It was painful, standing in the shower waiting. Overall the location of this hotel is in a very good area. Taxi/Uber is available right in front of the hotel.
